Types of credits:

  • Real Credits – purchased by users
  • Promotional Credits – provided by the Company
11. CREDIT VALIDITY AND EXPIRY

Each credit has a defined validity period.

Promotional credits:

  • Expire within a specified duration (typically 14 days unless stated otherwise)

Purchased credits:

  • May have validity up to 1 year or as specified

Expired credits:

  • Shall not be refunded or reinstated unless required by law

Users are responsible for tracking expiry.

12. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are limited and subject to review.

No refunds shall be granted for:

  • Completed consultations
  • Dissatisfaction due to perceived accuracy
  • Incorrect information provided by the user

Refunds may be considered only in cases such as:

Approved refunds may be credited to wallet or original payment source at Company discretion.

13. CALL AND COMMUNICATION CONSENT

  • Service-related notifications and updates

This applies even if your number is registered under Do Not Disturb (DND).

14. PRIVACY AND DATA USAGE
